You can book a session through our app or with our online web portal.

You can also book a session at the HCC but you will need to make an account and availability can’t be promised.

We want you to feel comfortable in our space. For use of the saunas, ice bath and hot plunge, swimwear is most appropriate, or light breathable exercise clothes.

Showers and a changing rooms are also available, so feel free to bring a change of comfortable clothes to put on after your session.

All sessions includes 2 towels free of charge. Extra towels are 1€.

We also sell flasks of electrolyte water designed specifically to replace the minerals lost in the sauna. Or you can bring your own concoction :)

For safety reasons, the HCC is only open to those aged 18 years and over.
